Activating free host account

Hi, I have recently signed up for the free hosting but have been unable to figure out how I activate the account. I have set up a username and password initially for the client area and after some help from the support team have set up a username and password to allow me to get to the forum ok. After searching I have been unable to locate any info on how to activate my account.

Support has been fine so far but the link directing me back to password reset doesn't help as I just get a message 'Sorry, your hosting account has not yet been activated and activation is required. Once your account is activated you can reset your password.'

Any ideas out there before I go back to the support team again.

Hi trucker,

I'm sure you'll have activated your account by now, but for the benefit of anybody else that has a similar issue, I'll explain. Free Hosting accounts need to be activated after they have been set up, activating is a case of simply following a link and clicking a button to activate the account. Once activated you'll be sent your login details and you'll also be able to reset your password as normal.
